Along with a great interview with director Brad Bird, Entertainment Weekly revealed a short deleted scene from Tomorrowland:

The contents of this scene will be familiar to anyone that read the Tomorrowland junior novelization, which was based on an earlier version of the shooting script.

It is unclear whether or not this scene will be included on the Blu-ray release, but it could possibly be attached to the announced "Deleted Scene 5 - What Happened to Tomorrowland" feature, which takes place directly before this scene in the movie's chronology, on the monorail ride to the Monitor.

Additionally, several other sites have been granted exclusive snippets from the film's forthcoming in-home release:

Crave was given a clip from "A Great Big Beautiful Scoring Session."
J-14 was given a clip featuring Raffey Cassidy from "Casting Tomorrowland."
Teen.com was given a clip featuring Britt Robertson, also from "Casting Tomorrowland."

Tomorrowland will be released on Digital HD/SD, Blu-ray Combo Pack & Disney Movies Anywhere on October 13 in the US. A paired-down version of the Blu-ray -- with several absent bonus features -- has already been released in limited international territories.

  1. Now that I have Tomorrowland on Bluray, I'd like to know - Are fans ever going to get to see the Carousel of Progress scene cut not only from the film, but even Deleted Scenes Extras.
